Future Build Tower Tops Out at 64 Storeys

Future Build Tower has officially topped out at 64 storeys, completing the structural framework of what will become one of Dubai Marina’s most distinctive residential addresses.

The milestone was marked by a private ceremony attended by the design team, construction partners, and early residents. The gold-leaf facade system is now being installed across the upper floors, with the sky club on the 60th floor scheduled for completion by Q4.

Handover of the first residences is anticipated in early 2027, with the sky club and marina-level amenities opening shortly after.
