Lead complex, high-end residential projects from concept through construction documentation.
About the role
You will lead the design and technical development of luxury residential projects across the Future Build Engineering & Construction Ltd portfolio. Working directly with the studio partners, you will own the project through every phase — from early concept and client briefs to construction documentation and site supervision.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an architect who combines design vision with rigorous technical delivery. You will set the bar for documentation quality, coordinate a team of designers and consultants, and represent the studio with clients, builders, and authorities.
What you’ll do
- Lead a project team of architects and designers through all design phases
- Manage construction documentation, drawing packages, and consultant coordination
- Own client and consultant relationships from concept to completion
- Review construction administration, RFIs, and field coordination
- Mentor junior staff and uphold studio design standards
What we’re looking for
- Licensed architect with 8+ years of experience in luxury residential design
- Advanced Revit and BIM workflows
- Proven track record delivering high-end interiors and custom residences
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
