About the role
Our Interiors studio is seeking a designer to craft bespoke interiors for the residences that define the Future Build Engineering & Construction Ltd brand — penthouses, villas, and private collections.
You will lead the interior concept from first sketch to final styling, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings with a curator’s eye. You will collaborate closely with architects and a network of bespoke ateliers to deliver interiors that feel effortless, personal, and timeless.
What you’ll do
- Develop luxury interior concepts for villas, penthouses, and residences
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and art direction
- Produce presentation packages and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and bespoke ateliers
- Deliver design from concept through styling and handover
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years designing high-end residential interiors
- Advanced skills in 3D modeling and rendering
- A refined portfolio demonstrating material and color sensibility
- Experience managing FF&E budgets and procurement
