About the role
Future Build Engineering & Construction Ltd is growing its construction leadership in the Gulf. We are looking for a Construction Manager to deliver landmark towers and boutique developments across the region.
You will lead site operations, coordinate a network of specialist subcontractors, and work hand-in-hand with our design teams to maintain the exceptional craft and finish the studio is known for. The role spans scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and stakeholder reporting.
What you’ll do
- Oversee on-site construction across the Future Build Engineering & Construction Ltd portfolio
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control
- Coordinate with design teams to resolve field issues quickly
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
- Report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in high-rise and luxury construction management
- Strong knowledge of GCC building codes and practices
- Proven budget and schedule control on large-scale projects
- Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent
