About the role
Client Relations is the heart of the Future Build Engineering & Construction Ltd experience. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, owners, and partners across our global portfolio.
You will manage private viewings, respond to enquiries, and guide clients through every step of their journey with the studio. This is a client-facing role that blends luxury hospitality with the precision of real estate sales.
What you’ll do
- Manage private viewings, tours, and client appointments
- Respond to enquiries across email, phone, and the website
- Prepare sales collateral, floor plans, and price lists
- Support the sales team through the purchase journey
- Maintain the CRM and nurture long-term relationships
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium client services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism with high-net-worth clients
